  This review is long overdue. We visited the Bear Ridge in 2015 and rented one of the little cottages as we were visiting the area for the Tall Pines Rally. We were the only people in the entire park (well, it WAS November). We were met by a cheerful and helpful owner who let us know everything we needed to know and then left us be for our weekend. The cottage was a perfect, cozy little nook with a beautiful view of the lake. The heaters all worked perfectly, the place was clean, the bathroom very nice and kitchenette immensely helpful. We cooked a couple of full meals and had want for nothing. The beds are a bit small for a 6'3 dude but we managed fine. The park itself is very beautiful (for a trailer park, if you're not into that which we aren't) and we enjoyed taking a thorough look around. We are certain it must be gorgeous in the full foliage of the season. Anyway. We loved this place immensely, took many photos and would absolutely love to shack up here again. The beach also looks very nice considering it's size. Would like to see it in season. 11/10 highly recommended.

  We didn't stay there, but stayed in the neighborhood. It is very friendly, clean and in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and kid friendly. Terrific poutine and ice cream.

  Family owned and run this is a great place to spend the summer. The beach is fantastic for kids, the people at the park are awesome and they have a great little restaurant.

  We have a cottage just down the road from Bear Ridge so we stop in for coffee every day! Traci is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I highly suggest stopping in for a coffee and donut and taking a walk around to check out the beautiful views!
